In our crime reduction lab, we are studying current multi-sectorial approaches to crime reduction throughout the Caribbean. The practitioners in these case-studies are concerned with profoundly changing the basic routines, resources and authority flows or beliefs of these social systems.
A Change Lab is a multi-stakeholder effort to address a complex social challenge. The change lab approach is being pioneered by Adam Kahane, Otto Scharmer and their colleagues at Reos Partners. We are experimenting with multi-stakeholder approaches to change that are informed by theories from Complexity Thinking, Systems Thinking, Ecology, Design Thinking and Transformational Learning.
